Compton Industriale S.p.A. presents its 2024 Sustainability Report, a document that reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting a responsible business model focused on long-term sustainable value creation.

Prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), the report transparently illustrates the initiatives undertaken and the results achieved across the three ESG dimensions – Environment, Social and Governance – for the period January 1 – December 31, 2024.

The company, a leader in the design and construction of recycling plants for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), achieved an overall ESG score of “B” (good level of sustainability), with particularly strong performance in the environmental area. Key initiatives include the adoption of low-impact technologies, improvements in energy efficiency, and the use of recycled materials accounting for more than 50% of total inputs in production processes.

Compton Industriale also invests in employee development, safety and well-being, fostering equal opportunities, corporate welfare and an inclusive work environment. At the same time, the company continues to strengthen its relationship with local communities by supporting social, cultural and environmental initiatives.

Compton’s actions are aligned with seven of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including affordable and clean energy, industry innovation and infrastructure, decent work and economic growth, and climate action.
