MCM-S
The basic MCM-S line is designed to handle small WEEE or electronic boards easily and economically. The machinery uses the principle of disintegration to separate the various components of small WEEE
or for the volumetric reduction of electronic boards.
The basic machine consists of 1 loading belt, a disintegrator machine body and 1 sorting belt. The hourly productivity of the basic machine is 200 kg/hour with a power consumption of Kw 20 (including the vacuum system).
The products resulting from the treatment of small appliances, being disintegrated and not ground, may be, depending on the products entered, components such as small electric motors, hard-disks, electronic boards, electric cables, metals, iron, plastics, etc.
The disintegrator line is designed according to the customer’s needs and can be configured with iron separators, screens, sorting lines, etc.
